At Risk Designation
"At Risk" Designation (Updated May 15, 2013)
The "At Risk" is a listing of New Mexico governmental agencies determined to be "At Risk" because their financial or compliance audits have not been completed and submitted. The "At Risk" list is updated on a monthly basis.
Disclaimer: Some Municipalities and Special Districts may not need a full financial compliance audit if they qualify for the tier system of reporting.
