Tiered System of Financial Reporting

Senate Bill 336 (Laws 2009, Chapter 283) Section 2.2.2.16 NMAC

Please note that these trainings will only address the new tiered system of financial reporting. The system applies only to mutual domestic water consumers associations, land grants, incorporated municipalities, and special districts which have less than $500,000 in annual revenue calculated on a cash basis of accounting, exclusive of capital outlay funds or federal or private grants.  If you are unsure if this applies to your entity, click here http://www.saonm.org/proclamations.  Registration is not required for these trainings.
