In accordance with the Audit Act, NMSA 1978, Sections 12-6-1 through 12-6-14, the Office of
the State Auditor (OSA) hereby notifies the agencies whose audits will not be conducted directly
by the OSA to seek proposals for audits of Fiscal Year 2021. The Audit Rule and the audit
contracts reflect the OSA’s continued focus on production of a timely statewide comprehensive
annual financial report, increased accountability, and enhanced accessibility to audit results.
